Please note we do require full payment at the time of visit by Eftpos or cash, thank you.
There will be a charge of $25.00 for a booking that is made and not attended without giving us at least 3 hours’ notice before the appointment time. If you are unable to make the appointment, PLEASE ring 021 225 6425 or email nick@earsuctionhawkesbay.co.nz.
Late payment i.e. beyond the time of visit will result in a $25 late payment fee.
* Please note that for the first appointment, we need the consent of parents or guardians for those under 18. If parents or guardians are unable to attend the appointment, consent can be arranged in advance with prior notice.

There is no extra charge for taking impressions of the ears to ensure a perfect fit. However, If excess ear wax would prevent fully accurate ear impressions being taken, then wax removal by microsuction will be required at additional cost, as shown above.
Please note we do require full payment at the time of visit by Eftpos or cash, thank you. Payment by PayWave or credit card attracts an additional fee reflecting the additional bank fees involved, depending on the amount paid.
