| Home & rest home visits | $75 (more than 25 kms from a clinic location by negotiation) |
| SuperGold Card holders | 10% off every third visit |
| Frequent clients (Clinic Appointments only) | 4th session free (all 4 treatments must be taken within 12 months) |
Please note we do require full payment at the time of visit by Eftpos or cash, thank you. Payment by credit card for microsuction attracts an additional $2 fee reflecting the additional bank fees involved.
Late payment i.e. beyond the time of visit will result in a $25 late payment fee.

There is no extra charge for taking impressions of the ears to ensure a perfect fit. Microsuction, if required for fully accurate ear impressions, is also free (if full retail price being paid) except for the custom-fit earpieces for cell phones and portable radios (if required).
